4 surviving stale breads

Step

First, cut the bread into small pieces and soak them in 1/4 cup of liquid milk for 10 minutes.

Tricolour Bread recipe




Materials

  1 pound of bread

3 cups flour

3 teaspoons dry yeast

Warm water as needed

3/4 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 medium carrots

1.5 cups spinach powder

Coriander leaves as needed

2 tablespoons sejwan sauce

Step

Ferment with 1/4 cup lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon sugar and yeast. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Puree spinach in a blender.

Now in 3 mixing bowls add one cup of flour, 1/4 tablespoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil. In a mixing bowl, grate spinach puree and coriander leaves. Add 2nd bowl carrot puree and shejwan sauce.

Now knead the flour. Butter the white flour in lukewarm water. Mix green and purple flour without water. Give a little water if needed. This way we get 3 color doe. Now cover the dough until it swells to double size.

Now punch the flour and take sand in the shape of rectangular. First roll with ocher, white on top, then green.

Place in a greased bread box and cover again. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes until browned.

1 pinch of salt
